Ultimately though, I'd give it a little more time. Regardless, it wouldn't hurt to get bloodwork done, including estradiol (get the sensitive version of this test), CBC, comprehensive metablolic panel, and prolactin. If you tell me that you are already using 250mg/wk for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), then my response to that is that that isn't TRT. Then, taper down the test to 100mg-125mg/wk (TRT dose) over time. If that is the case, then I recommend increasing from a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose to perhaps 200mg/wk and not running anything else for a while. But the prolactin seemed to fall pretty quickly from the anecdotal evidence. Testosterone replacement can affect sex drive, osteoporosis. I had significantly elevated prolactin from tren, proven via bloodwork, even to the point of lactating just a bit. I wouldn't have recommended you run the tren 4 weeks post-cycle, myself. no depression, fatigue, nothing like that, just feel real mellow. Only thing i can think of is maybe my prolactin is high from all the Tren ive ran in the last 8 months. Finished a cycle of tren about 4 weeks ago. A little background first, im on self administered testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) have been for over a year now.
